Backend Developer
We are seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for the server side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.
Gross annual compensation range: $110,000–$140,000 (depending on experience, with guaranteed annual salary reviews)

About You
You are a proficient backend developer with a strong understanding of server side technologies and a commitment to writing clean, efficient code. You enjoy solving complex problems and building scalable, reliable systems.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 4+ years of experience with backend development in languages like Python, Go, or Node.js
- Experience with relational and non relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Knowledge of API design and development (REST, GraphQL)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong problem solving skills and a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and secure server side applications and APIs
- Build and maintain data storage solutions
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user facing elements with server side logic
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
